Yuji Wong was born in Hong Kong to a Japanese mother and a Chinese father and speaks four languages. He was admitted to the prestigious Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts for violin performance and achieved Distinction in the ABRSM Grade 8 violin exam when he was nine years old. He loves singing in the choir as well and awarded 1st runner-up at the 2019 Singapore International Choral Competition with the Diocesan Boys’ School Choir.
Yuji has been to Mount Abu, Brahma Kumaris headquarters every year since 2015 and loves it there. He has been practicing meditation daily since he was five years old.
He has made numerous speeches about peace and happiness within. His speech and singing created for the UN International Peace Day in 2018 at the Hiroshima International Forum brought tears to many in the audience.
He loves singing and mixing electronic music, and hopes to be an engineer and part-time electronic musician (for now!).
