The Rev. Kenneth Davis, Mdiv. was born in Kingston Jamaica and moved to Los Angeles at a very young age with his mother, father three brothers and sister. He grew up in south central Los Angeles. He earned his Masters of Divinity from Yale and and Bachelors from Loyola Marymount University.While a student at Yale, he served as the president of the Black Student association as well his graduating class president. He is the recipient of the Yale Charles S. Mersic award for distinguished public speaking. He was ordained an Elder in the Pentecostal Denomination in 1988, and in 2000 ordained to Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
He is single dad (widowed) and his most cherished accomplishment is raising his three daughters after his wife’s death from cancer. He has served congregations on the East Coast, South West and West Cost. He recently “rewired” after 30 years of ordained ministry and is currently pursuing a second career as a model, actor and inspirational speaker.
