Dereca Blackmon is the former Associate Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion at Stanford, and is now the founder and CEO of a diversity and inclusion consulting firm with clients including LinkedIn, Harvard Business School, and YouTube. She has over 25 years of experience, consulting with a wide variety of corporate, educational, nonprofit, and community-based groups to facilitate “uncommon conversations” on issues of race, gender, class, and social justice. She has a long history of spiritual activism and co-led the movement for justice after the murder of Oscar Grant.
