How do I register for the The Shift Summit & Music Festival virtual event?

The Shift Summit & Music Festival is an online event where you can see 300+ of the world’s biggest thought-leaders, changemakers, and musical performers come together in our virtual venue – enjoy the 110+ hours of coverage from the comfort of your home or wherever you are in the world.

When do I get my online event pass perks?

If you purchase a ticket, you’ll receive an email upon successful registration with details on how to access your event perks and exclusives, as well as when they will be available. Some perks apply to the online event experience and will not be available until The Shift Summit & Music Festival event starts on September 18. Some perks, like the brand new Shift App, will open after the event concludes. You will be notified via email about any and all perks your pass offers. If you do not receive your email, please check your other folders, such as Promotions, Junk, or Spam, depending upon your email provider.

How does the online virtual event work?

There’s a lot going on here! Let us help orient you. Here are some of the key elements of The Shift Summit & Music Festival: 

    • This is a 4-day global event, culminating in a massive celebration and mobilization on Monday, September 21, The United Nations International Day of Peace.
    • Friday, Saturday and Sunday – September 18, 19 and 20 – follow the same rough outline:
      • 8to 10:30 AM Pacific Time – Main stage presentations, including keynote speeches and compelling panel discussions about the important issues of our time. 
      • 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM Pacific Time – 12 themed break out rooms (six at a time), featuring cutting-edge speakers and panels, on the topics of Peace, Sustainability, Racial Justice, Healing & Health Care, Business, Spiritual Awakening, Governance, Arts, Women’s Empowerment, Media, Transformative Technology, Education.
      • 10:30 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time – Concurrently with we’ll also have two specialty stages: Yoga & Movement, full of practices that you can follow along with, and The Healers Stage, featuring healers and teachers on a vast array of fascinating topics. 
      • 1:30-6pm Pacific Time – 3 music stages with some of the most exciting talent from around the world!
    • We’ll also be featuring all kinds of special events from around the world: an Indigenous Elders Wisdom Council hosted by Grandmother Flordemayo and Hereditary Chief Phil Lane, Jr., a Yoga Mandala with Shiva Rea, an exciting “Saturday Night Alive,” livestream peace broadcast from Jerusalem, and so much more!

How do I access the live online event?

To access the live event, which runs from September 18-21, 2020:

  1. Visit The Shift Summit & Music Festival website here
  2. Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the website and enter your email and password into the box (use the login email and password sent to you in your confirmation email).
  3. If you don’t see the Sign In button, you’re probably already signed in.

I bought a pass… how do I access the content after the online festival is over?

If you’ve upgraded your pass, you’ll have unlimited access to event content* via The Shift Summit & Music Festival website. 

To access your event content:

  1. Visit The Shift Summit & Music Festival website here
  2. Replace the copy in second bullet to: Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the website and enter your email and password into the box (use the login email and password sent to you in your confirmation email).
  3. If you don’t see the Sign In button, you’re probably already signed in.

*not all musical performances are available for post-event access due to artist licensing.

What if I can’t make it to the live online event?

If you purchased a Premium or VIP ticket, you will have unlimited access to the event during and after the festival. If you registered for a free ticket, you will need to upgrade your ticket to access the content after it is over.

Does this event take place during Rosh Hashanah?

Yes; the Shift Network sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience or disappointment this might cause you. Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Passover dates have been highlighted in our calendar, along with summit launch dates and a major event like Shift Festival. To honor the profound importance of Rosh Hashanah, we’ll be live-streaming a service by Rabbi Tirzah Firestone. We hope to allow you room for the full experience of the New Year celebration, as well as this rich programming from living luminaries that amplifies the potent possibilities that lie before us all.

Why does it say The Shift Network on my credit card statement or receipt?

What is the refund policy for the Shift Summit & Music Festival?

Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to offer refunds for The Shift Summit & Music Festival. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you are unable to join the event live and you have paid for a Premium or VIP pass, you will have unlimited access to the content after the event concludes. This will allow you to enjoy the event at your own pace, on your schedule.
