Virtual Class – Budget Cooking: Balsamic Watermelon Chicken Salad

This virtual Budget Cooking class features a balsamic watermelon chicken salad with arugula that can feed four people for less than $15 and can be adapted based on what is in your pantry. Saba from East Side Table will lead the cooking demo and Katie from Mississippi Market will discuss tips and the best ways to save while shopping at the co-op.
