Multicultural Cooking Class

Welcome to a real culinary extravaganza – a fun and hands on cooking class. If you live in Sydney, you are spoiled for choice with the wide variety of cuisines available at restaurants. Our culinary classes provide an opportunity to try something different. Each class will be dedicated to one of the world cuisines such as Azerbaijani, Georgian, Russian and many others.
We can help you to learn how to cook new dishes which you have probably never tried before. Culinary skills are always useful, because to feed loved ones with delicious dishes is priceless.
In the next class we will be cooking the Patatas a La Riojana. La Rioja, where the famous wine comes from, is an incredibly fertile area where some of the best fruit and vegetables in the Iberian Peninsula are grown (this recipe is from the Tapas Revolution by Omar Allibhoy)
50 ml olive oil
5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or grated
2 onions, finely chopped
2 capsicums, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
300 gm semi-cured chorizo, cut into 5 mm slices
2-3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tbsp red wine or sherry vinegar
1 bay leave
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bread, to serve
