People are cooking at home now more than ever. Join us for a monthly cooking segment to learn easy and delicious recipes with Jennifer Marcks, Gluten-Free Health Coach. She will teach you healthier options to try at home, as she firmly believes that, “When you change your plate, you change your health, you change your life.”

You can watch and take notes to try out the recipe later, or cook right along with Jennifer!
