Emotional Well-being and Caregiver Coping during Covid-19

In these unprecedented times we need to work hard to manage our emotions and provide support for those in our care to do the same. Naturally, we may feel anxiety and frustration due to the many changes brought on by the pandemic and see this in our family members too.
We must seize opportunities to share lightness and humour and find moments of hope and resilience around us despite the uncertainty.
This workshop invites you to better understand the psychology behind the COVID-19 panic response and how to make the best of this situation ourselves and our family members.
