She’ll start with her upbeat and powerful Bodylicious routine, and then we’ll move into Flowlicious, a combination of Pilates, yoga, and meditation. Wheeler’s classes are so fun and her energy is completely contagious—you almost forget how hard she’s working you. All fitness levels welcome, and we recommend using a mat.
