Get stronger so you can dance better and longer! Zoe’s love of dance conditioning takes center stage in this class, where we will work the core, glutes and upper back with all of Zoe’s favorite butt kicking exercises. The name of the game here is building a greater active range of motion:) 2 yoga blocks and a mat are recommended, as well exercise bands are great.
Now that things are opening up more and people aren’t at home as much, I will be making a private Facebook group and offering all videos there for the 3 week series. Everyone will have access to the videos whenever they want during the series, and a few days after.
