Culikid’s 5/21 Herbed Potato Salad Cooking Class

Learn hands-on how to make this tasty herb potato salad the weekend before Memorial Day! While Culikid’s virtual classes are paced to be accessible for a neurodivergent child, they are open to everyone! All ages and abilities are welcome to join!
This class will involve cutting, boiling, and draining potatoes, using a blender or food processor, using measuring cups and spoons, and mixing ingredients . Adult assistance is suggested if your child or teen needs help with any of the above as well as following verbal directions, staying on task, and initiating tasks. This class will take approximately 1 hour.
Ingredients needed include:
- Red potatoes
- Celery
- Parsley
- Green onions
- Lemon or lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Register once per household (not for each individual). Once you register, you will be sent the Zoom meeting link followed by the full ingredient and supply list. If you have any questions about the class or ingredients you can substitute, email us at info@culikid.org.
