Breath and Life Strategies for 2021

Thank you for joining BWC for our first event for 2021.

The previous year has brought changes, stress, strife, health concerns, etc. This event is getting back to the basics of breathing, learning to breath correctly, breathing strategies, proper breathing habits, breathing techniques to try in certain situations, science of breathing, tips and interaction with the group.

You don’t need to bring anything but be ready to do some breathing, learn and have fun. BWC would love to know your breathing concerns and your experiences with breathing practices so bring those to the event if you like.

Too many of us have forgotten how to breath correctly. We haven’t been taught as children. As adults, life struggles has allowed us to lose touch with the lost art of breathing.

This workshop gets us back in tune with healthy breathing habits. We would like to you to leave with the feeling that good breathing habits will empower you towards goals you wish to achieve. We, as human beings are equipped. We can control our stress, we can control our eating habits, our temper and even sleeping with our breathing.

It starts with adopting healthy breathing habits, understanding when you aren’t rhythmically breathing correctly. When you don’t breathe the right way, it translates negatively in the things you are doing, what you say, how you react or the energy you project to others.

Here are just a few healthy benefits from healthy breathing habits.

Relieve stress
Boost digestion
Improve sleep
Balance energy
Find peace and focus

Avoid caffeine or sugar immediately before session
Schedule 60 minutes uninterrupted
