A Roman Murder Mystery, Togas and Italian Food
June 6 @ 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm UTC-7
This is a murder mystery garden TOGA party for 20 players and about 10-15 ancillary participants/spectators (may pair up with players, just watch, or may be asked to jump in if a player is a no-show).
If you went to Joseph’s amazing Mad Hatter Tea Party, you already know how it works – we are all detectives, and any of us could be the murderer–we will not know who until the reveal at the end of the evening.
More game details will be posted when we get closer to the event. At this point, I’m just gauging interest level.
All of you (player or not) are expected to bring a toga (eg, bed sheet) to wear and, if you are a player, get acquainted with your character role, which will be provided to you in advance. There are roles for 10 guys and 10 gals, and I will jig the cast through the wait/go lists as best as I can.
Food theme is –you guessed it– ITALIAN / MEDITERRANEAN. Researching old Roman food will get you bonus points.
Be prepared to bring either a Main/Side dish, or a Dessert; as well as either an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.
This is a weed-friendly event, but edibles must be clearly labeled.
!!WORD OF CAUTION!!: Those allergic to cats must bring their antihistamines (cats will be locked away).
