Lawrence Bloom has taken the Bodhisattva Initiation direct from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala, and been on pilgrimage to Mt. Kailash with Sadhguru. He has sat in contemplation, in the oldest Taoist temple in Xian, together with the leading Taoist monk and the Taoist advisor to the Chinese Politburo. He has spent seven days of intense initiation with both the Kogi and the Pygmies. He also has had time to sit on the executive committee of the Intercontinental Hotel Group; developed a sustainability manual with HRH Prince Charles, which is currently in use in over 5 million hotel rooms, a small part of which gives guests the option of whether they want their towels washed every night; chaired a Global Agenda Council for the WEF in Davos; and a UN Council on Green Cities. He is currently Secretary General of a UN Intergovernmental Organization, and been twice voted as one of the world’s most inspirational and conscious leaders.
